Kevin has extensive civil litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in business and corporate litigation, contractual matters, debt collection, employment matters, foreclosure matters, personal injury and insurance coverage disputes.
His representation has ranged from individuals to large corporations, including national banks, national leasing companies and Fortune 500 companies, in federal and state courts throughout Florida.

Florida State Education
Kevin Jackson is local to South Florida and attended Plantation High School before earning an academic scholarship to Florida State University.
He graduated from Florida State University with Honors, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and then earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University, graduating law school with Honors in 1998. During his studies he completed an internship with the Third District Court of Appeals.
The Practice
Building the Firm.
After law school, Kevin worked for Haley, Sinagra, Paul and Toland and the Law Offices of Jackson and Link, P.A. He later founded The Law Offices of Kevin Jackson, P.A.
He has since represented clients in federal and state courts throughout Florida, drawing on his business background and civil litigation experience.
